Cucumber & Feta Greek Yogurt Dip
This cool Cucumber & Feta Greek Yogurt Dip is made with fresh cucumbers, tangy yogurt, and salty feta cheese. Garlic, dill, and lemon juice make it taste even better. This dip is tasty and light, and it's great for parties, get-togethers, or as a healthy snack.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 cucumber, grated and excess liquid squeezed out
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, crumbled feta cheese, grated cucumber, minced garlic, chopped dill, and lemon juice
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated
Season with salt and pepper to taste
Refrigerate the dip for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld
